Return Policy:

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know by sending an email using the form on our Contact page. Please include with the email your name, phone number, billing address, email address, product name, and reason for return. You will be contacted regarding your return within 5 to 7 business days. Once the damaged or defective product is returned, we will replace it at no charge to you. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days. Items that have been removed from their plastic wrap cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Returned Check Policy:

There will be a $25 returned check fee for each check made payable to Odyssey Productions, Inc. and returned by the bank for non-payment. A letter from the bank that refused payment of the check, verifying that the bank was in error, will eliminate this fee. Products will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
